Part Time Web and Social Media Producer
WCCB Charlotte
WCCB Charlotte is looking for an energetic morning Web & Social Media Producer. The hours are 6am-10am. This is a part time position.
Ideal candidates must be self-starters, hard working, have a great attitude, be versatile & efficient. Have strong knowledge of news writing. Must have an interest in social media and its applications for broadcast television, news coverage and pop culture.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing skills and good editorial judgment necessary
- Experience in shooting digital video and photos
- Skill with Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing software and other creative tools
- Avid user of social networking sites including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Periscope, Snapcat & others
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adjust quickly
- Experience as an administrator on CMS and multiple social media platforms is a plus
- Have fun coming up with new ideas to promote WCCB Charlotte on web & social
Previous experience is required. WCCB Charlotte reserves the discretion to add or modify job duties as required.
