The Studio Technician operates various equipment (cameras, audio, lighting, etc...) used for daily production.

The Studio Technician operates various equipment (camera, audio, visual, graphics, lighting, or digital) used for production and/or transmission.
- Operate studio equipment for daily live newscasts and other studio productions, including cameras, audio, lighting and other systems as needed
- Work closely with the director, other studio crew members and on-air talent to ensure all productions are executed cleanly and as planned
- Setup special segments, including audio equipment, tables and chairs, props and other items as needed
- Assist in the operation and daily maintenance of the studios and all equipment within
- Interact professionally with outside guests, and prepare them for studio appearances with verbal instructions and setting up their microphone and other items for their segments

Requirements:
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift 25lbs
- Must be willing to work outside of normal schedule as needed (anticipated schedule for this position is 4AM-1PM Mon-Fri)
- Excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and organization skills are essential
- Ability to handle high stress environment with deadline pressures
- High School Diploma Required
- Experience in television, film or postproduction preferred
