Part-Time Photographer/Editor
FOX Charlotte
FOX Charlotte has an immediate opening for a part-time photographer/editor. Applicant should have excellent skills with high-definition cameras and Final Cut Pro. Responsibilities include shooting and editing daily news stories with reporters and editing newscasts.
Requirements include:
- Excellent photography skills.
- Non-linear editing skills. Applicant must understand how to use established quality standards such as selecting the best video, sequences, natural sound breaks and effects.
- A minimum of one year experience in television news.
- College preferred but relevant experience will be considered.
- Self-starter who works well under pressure, can multi-task and meet nightly deadlines.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including early morning, weekends and evenings.
