Beasley Media Group Fayetteville is searching for a Program Director and Morning Show Host for 96.5 BOB FM/WFLB Fayetteville.
Responsibilities will include overseeing all on-air elements and digital platforms and performing the daily Morning Drive show. The winning candidate will understand the nuances of the Variety Hits/Classic Hits format and have a strategy for implementing a winning plan.
All of Beasley’s Program Directors are expected to be sales friendly and willing to assist the sales department in creating value for clients. This person will know how to work closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager, the other Program Directors in the cluster, Sales Managers, AEs, Promotions, Engineering, Consultants, the Corporate Management team.
We’re looking for a Programmer that has the skills to take this unique format to the next level in the Fayetteville market. Passion, creative writing, great communication skills and a team oriented attitude are all a must.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of a proven winning track record as a PD or APD
- Proficient with RCS Selector, Adobe Audition, Nielsen software, and all Social Media platforms.
- Experience with Audio Vault is a plus, but not required.
