Title: Digital Content Manager & Multi Media Designer Full-time/In Office

Description:
Beasley Media Group Fayetteville is in search of an ideal candidate who will be responsible for digital content management and multi media design for the Fayetteville market radio stations websites and apps. This position involves collaborative work with programming, promotions and sales. The candidate will be managing weekly email newsletters, shooting and editing video, creating web ads, proposals, and other digital design elements. This candidate will also be coordinating on-site event coverage, and will assist with the digital extension of on-air talent brands and promotions. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who is able to work independently and eager to learn. This position requires excellent time management and organizational skills and it is not a “9 to 5” job. Responsibilities include daily curating, developing and posting textual and audio as well as video content for the websites, and multi-media design.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of design experience
- Proficiency in fast paced, high quality web/graphic design required/content creation
- Must be skilled on all social media outlets
- Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Shooting and editing video a must
- Experience in WordPress is a plus
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
- Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity in advertising guidelines for Social Media a plus
