WITN, a Gray Television station, is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Position: Anchor-Reporter – (Job #1705)
Description: We seek an anchor-reporter for our all-digital news facility in Greenville, NC.
The position includes solo anchoring WITN News First Sunrise at 4:30 a.m., reporting and news gathering for WITN News at Sunrise from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., and gathering news following the Sunrise newscast. Fill-in anchoring is also possible. Reporting may be in house or in the field and include solo live shots with a TVU. Position also requires writing, shooting, editing, web and social media posting.
Experience preferred but will consider all candidates.
Position will be filled by a hard-working, passionate journalist who has a great attitude and wants to tell Eastern Carolina's stories with the #1 WITN team.
