Title: Digital Sales Manager
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Description: Opportunity available for a Digital Sales Manager to work with Beasley Media Group’s radio stations in Fayetteville, N.C. Duties include but are not limited to coordinating, educating and training staff to develop compelling online sales proposals. Must achieve and exceed expectations and manage digital budgets. The ideal candidate must prospect, close and maintain advertising accounts of all digital products and properties.
Qualifications:
- ï‚· Minimum five years of advertising sales with traditional radio sales experience;
- ï‚· Knowledge of online media business and underlying technology and research;
- ï‚· Excellent sales skills with track record of successfully creating relationships
- ï‚· Experience in leading a wide variety of presentations and unique sales promotions;
- ï‚· Proficient with DART, Photoshop, Solbright, Scarborough and/or Google Analytics;
- ï‚· Must examine local stations’ RFP’s (Requests for Proposals);
- ï‚· Ability to make strategic recommendations to maximize online revenue;
- ï‚· Effectively manage advertising and pricing;
- ï‚· Valid drivers’ license and vehicle insurance are required;
- BS/BA degree required.
